Turn

Our production options range from conventional turning machines to CNC-controlled machines with automatic bar feed and driven tools.

Mill

Our CNC machining centers process from prototypes to large series with the highest precision on 3, 4 and 5 axes.

Paint

Whether simple protective varnish or the desired color with a special roughness depth: Our paint shop ensures the correct final processing of the components.

Mount

We insert Ensat and Helicoil, engrave, print, glue and debur your parts.

Saw

Grind

We grind up to 1250 mm width in the range +/- 0.05 mm, in individual cases up to 3 / 100th of a millimeter. By using different grain sizes on the individual machines, we achieve your desired roughness depth.

Punch

Our punching punches tapes and strips with up to 70 tons of pressing power. CNC-controlled punching machines with up to 800 strokes per minute enable million quantities at competitive prices.

Profiling

We manufacture all shapes of slot wedges, with air slots, single bevels or pockets for temperature monitors, both in small quantities for quick repairs and in large series.
